I can also send mail via outlook express and receive mail via it also :rofl:

Got mine, and I've figured out how to get it..

Let your account be near 100% for a few weeks (mines been a few months) and eventually let it hit 100%.

I think they're just upgrading on a need basis.

On bay5 as well but have 2000MB now.

MSN Premium still shows 25MB though but if you login though the web it shows 2GB.

I think MSN Hotmail is up to date in terms of 250MB here in Canada. I've created an account for my dad lastnight and it was at 2MB BUT 24 hours later, it is now 250MB :D
