0 Andareed Posted October 14, 2004 Share Posted October 14, 2004 There is really no restriction on who you get to sign. You can even make your own CA and child certificate and sign it yourself. It's simlpy a matter of the target computer trusting the certificate. If you run certmgr.msc, you can see trusted roots that are built into windows.
