you guys may think emo is talentless..but i dont.....you have to make the sounds to go along with the lyrics that you have to think of and write....but if you think about trance for example...you just take a beat which is almost always the same exact or similar beat in every trance song, and then you take someone singing and mix it together...and the singer repeats the same verse like 47 times in a row...or rap which they sing about drugs, sex, etc...and almost all rap songs are the same...

Some of the music is alright (some is utterly absymal).

It's the culture I cannot stand. Don't they know everyone laughs at anyone who dresses "emo" ?

Oh, I suppose we "don't understand" them

that dressing in girl pants is also know as fashioncore. emo and fashioncore have kinda just blended together... i dont dress like that though :) . well i have my small shirts and tighter guy's levis. that's it. nice and simple

A TBS/Funeral for a friend/Atreyu show is coming here mid november, but on the same night theres a Silverstein/Planes mistaken for stars/Moments in Grace/Hot Water Music show. Im goin to the latter mentioned one most probably. Then the night after that is a Midtown/Matchbook Romance/Hidden in Plain View. Good 2 days for shows here lol

yeah i was wishing the tbs and atreyu leg would be west coast but noooooooooooooo it had to be east coast. lol i've already seen matchbook and fallout. both good live. fallout is very energetic live. especially that one guitarist. he always does some crazy spins lol.

Granny: i was thinking about going to that 10-29 show. i didnt want to drive out to LA though, so i didnt buy tickets. i think i'm a little too lazy some times :p

thrice this weekend though in rancho caucamuga!!! last show of the year for them. i dont really consider them emo but whatever. i'm going to be screaming my heart out along with them

Hell yeah, emo/screamo is amazing. I love my heavier rock music and the good ol' classic, but nothing wrong with variety...FFAF, CO&CA and Alexisonfire to name a few are all good IMO :)

hell yeah FFAF is AWESOME. I love them. I cant freaking wait to see Underoath live 2 times in one week!!!. I saw TBS at Warped Tour, they are so energetic..they rock so hard live. I saw Underoath aswell but i didnt know thier songs that much so i wasnt into it as much as TBS or Co&Ca. October and November are kicking months this year. Tomorrow night Bad Religion is playing here along with From First to Last.

ForeverUnknown - the Oct.29 TBS Show is at Jannus Landing in St. Pete ( Florida ). I really want to see FFAF so i could make a road trip to Georgia..we will see
