well that doesn't really help me either.  i see your system clock doesn't have am/pm shown in it either so i'm guessing it's some kind of date/time hack or edit but i have no clue what.

Miranda pulls its timestamp numbers from how you've got your system clock set up. I simply edited my clock settings in the control panel and made it 24 hours, thus changing Miranda's timestamps.
