yashiro
I'm getting cable finally installed this week :). My problem is that I have two different NIC's in my drawer. An Intel Pro 10+ and a 3com 3c905b TX Which NIC should I put in my PC? Does one of them have issues either under XP or with any of my hardware? I'd really appreciate some advice. Thanks, --- WinXP Pro (ACPI HAL) P700 Asus P3B-F (i440bx) 512mb pc133 80Gb storage Asus 50X CD Plextor 12/10/32 CDRW Creative GFDDR Creative SBLive Hauppage WinTV card ---

yashiro
I went with the 3Com in the end mainly because: We use them in all of our PC's at work (100+). These cards have never had any major issues (under any OS). Nobody posted to say they weren't very good. Anyway, I'm all cabled up now, the installation went smoothly and the service from my ISP has been great so far. Now what to do with all this bandwidth? :)
