KC
Has any one came up with a real solid defintion of a "POWERUSER"? See I don't consider my self a "Poweruser" but others do. I know my way around a PC, yet things like the registry don't make much sense to me, but I am learning....I know MS based things, I do tech support for ISP's and such know how to get around in Linux and such. Qarth
I am A+, Network+ CCNA and MCSE not to mention my ARMY certified Network Switching Systems Operator/Maintainer. Oh and I'm 19. I would consider myself a power user.

Osiris
Look people you dont need certificates to know if your a power user, you should just know, you should feel the power from the use flowing through you :p But no seriously you know if ya a power user or not, you can do troubleshooting, you know how to install windows yaself, format etc, ya know command prompt, a little about everything in windows, and you rarely have to ask simple questions which common people would. And you tend to use your computer alot. Remember theres all sorts of disciplines of power users, theres those who specialise in -.NET / Web services and even those who run high maintance/quality websites -All round troubleshooter -High end Graphics Artist etc ahh theres too many to mention but if you find yourself mastering one apsect of the Computer really well, and perhaps even giving others adive, feel free to call yourself a power user.
