Don't play them... the card games haven't been opened once on my machine. Played Ping Pong a couple times. A couple.

I'd play that Internet Reversi but then you have to install that stupid MSN Zgames or whatever.

you don't have to install anything to play the internet games (not that i noticed anyways). the connection stuff is built into the game client and you don't need an account on zone or anything it just uses the network to find other people to play.

They're all f*cking naff, but my parents are playing Spider Solitaire all flamin' day... I can't get them off it and whenever I leave my computer, even only 3 feet to get a CD, they jump on and start playing it.

Curse Necro$oft.

Call me an idiot, but how do you custom install? I don't think I have that option... (?)

frod: I unchecked the zone games from windows components, and now the games aren't there anymore (which is a good thing). I guess they're there until you uninstall them.

Only way I know of is to use an install script (aka unattend.txt, or winnt.sif on a floppy.)

I used to be addicted to Freecell in the Win95 era, but i went through a 12 Step program and i was able to kick my addiction.

Every member of my family has been addicted to Freecell at one time or another, then it was Spider Solitaire and now most are addicted to Hoyle Card Games' Gin Rummy. I was lucky, after Freecell, it was Quake 1 for me, and i never looked back.

Those Microsoft games are the work of the devil ;) :D

This is the game we have. We got it at best buy, i think. You may want to try out the demo and see if you like it first. Don't know if the demo has gin rummy or not. it's a good game, i don't play rummy, although i have, but i do play poker sometimes.

I'm a stickler for the Classic Solitare game. I play it whenever I'm doing any kind of task that hogs most of my CPU time. I also enjoy the Internet Reversi, Internet Checkers, Spider Solitare, Freecell, Pinball and Minesweeper games. Don't get me wrong..they will never be a replacement to all of my downloaded SNES, N64, etc. roms and all of my other PC games, but it is nice to play something simple sometimes. ;P
