jcz
Tomorrow Swedes living in Lund can upgrade their internet subscription from 10mbit to 1Gbps, which is quite some jump as 100mbit never was offered. The company to launch this service is Labs2, and it will spread all over Sweden in some time. Imagine the possibilities! HDTV and so much more, read more on www.labs2.se if you can read Swedish! And btw. Now we beat the korean again, not tiing ;) EDIT: Its only 90 EUROS PER MONTH (850 SEK) Edited November 30, 2004 by jcz

CoLdFuSi0n
damn, but at that connection they must have a BW cap on them to prevent warez servers or something, i dunno its just a guess.

todd
Seems kind of useless as there are hardly any places you can download at 1Gbps from, but innovation has to start somewhere i guess
jcz
No BW cap att all, or traffic roof.. Its Sweden, we already host 50% of all warez sites (thx Holland for the other 50%)... what difference will it make ;)

Rob Veteran Posted November 30, 2004 Veteran Share Posted November 30, 2004 If I'm right, Sweden doesn't have a working analogue of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), hense why it's a joy for warez-monkeys!!
