Internet Suttering

Question

empty    0

For some inexplicable reason my internet has started stuttering, by stuttering i mean that it stays connected but after a few minutes it doesnt send or receive any info to the net and loading pages justs stops. The only thing ive done recently is install a new gfx card which i dont think is attributable.

Im using the bt voyager modem and ive updated drivers, im stumped! no firewall/av turned on
