go_and_do Posted October 16, 2001 Share Posted October 16, 2001 I submitted the $20 rebate form for my new Philips Acoustic Edge sound card about 2 weeks ago, and got a post card back in the mail today saying it was missing either the UPC code or the serial number with the paperwork. I sent the only UPC on the box with the rebate, and there wasn't a place on the form for the serial number. I guess I should have taken a digital pic of the receipt and UPC and such but anyway, has anyone else out there had a problem filing for the $20 rebate on this sound card with Best Buy? I intend to "resubmit" the serial number off the card and see if that's all they need, but if they lost the UPC then I think I'm screwed.
