All 3 say one thing common, a destruction of a religious place, causing destruction of a city in Israel, or some big bomb killing a major civilization

Where is your proof that all the main religion believe this?

I know that there are some signs of the comming armageddon. But christianity never gave a date (as far as I know).

And I agree when it is time it is time.

what 3 religions?

i think it will happen in 2012... that is what the mayan calendar says, but then also, it could happen in 2033. 2000 years after christ was crucified.

but, no religions no the real time, no matter how hard they try to get you to believe they do.

is this the same 'the world will end' that was supposed to happen in 1999 at the turn of the millenium, then again in 2000 when people thought 'it must mean the REAL millenium, not just the even calendar year' or any other number of times, or do you mean REALLy the world will end...

:right:

gimme a break people, if the world ends, it ends, so what. if you go out not having done what you want it's because you wasted too much time letting a book that a few guys sitting around a camp fire in the desert wrote one day cause they got tired of herding and humping sheep...

Ah, this is when religion gets silly, when it comes to Armageddon, nobody and I mean NOBODY can predict it, not even god (if he or she exists).

If Armageddon happens tommorow, it won't be because of some "god", but most likely be the same forces that created the earth. Science = Good, Religion = Bad

Or, you could just not believe silly superstitions anymore than you believe in the Tooth Fairy.

It's sad that adult minds still believe in fairy tale creatures from a fantasy land in the sky. Grow up, and don't pull that "You can't disprove it" illogical crap, or the "science can't explain everything" illogical crap; believing in the absolutely unprovable is supposed to be a better path than studying to find the answer?

Sounds like a lazy mind for a lazy, illogical and belligerent person.

Ok. Firstly....those religions do not worship the same god. Only people who aren't involved with those religions will tell you they worship the same god. I am a Christian, and i can tell you they are very different. If Christianity believes that God was three in one (Holy Spirit, Jesus, and God are one), but muslims and jews believe that Jesus was not God's Son, how can anyone claim they worship the same god. Just going by each belief system, they are very different.

Second...nowhere in the bible does it say what you are purporting. Its easy to make the scriptures say what you want.

I'd like to know how invalid media reports have anything to do with worshiping the same god.

The bible doesn't support any type of "armageddon" or any end to the earth. The events that it talks about take you from pre-rapture events up through God's reign on earth.

1)certain events will happen...we do not know what they are specifically. revelation could be exact in what happens..or it could be metaphor

2)either Christians will be taken up to heaven before or after satans 7 year reign on earth

3)At the end of the 7 year reign...God will send down angels and/or those believers who were taken earlier, to defeat satan

4)Christ will reign on earth for 1000 years

5)there will be one final battle between satan and God

6)God of course will prevail and earth will become like heaven...God will reign for eternity

First off for anyone who thinks science is the only way STFU Let people believe what they want science was created by man and is falable. We can not prove the big bang.

What started the big bang?

Where did the matter that cause the big bang come from?

It all gets down to having faith.

Let people have their faith. No matter if it is in a Supreme being or in science. THe fact is we will never know until we die. And hell we may not even know then.

And for whoever said the 3 religions are nothing alike they actually are very simular. THey both believe in one supreme being. Jews believe in the old testiment of the bible and both of the other religions believe that Jesus was not the son of god but was at least a profit.

And really what does it matter as long as people believe that human life is precious. And that everyone has the right to live?

2006? 2000? 1969? I think not people.

As it has been stated before, the world will end when some outside forces decide to act upon it (which will probably result in a 99.99999999999999999999% chance that it will have nothing to do with any type of GOD striking down at the Earth).

Science=Good.

Religion=Not So Good.
