Mine will be medium rare.

Served with potato/fries with tomato sauce and peas, corns. Finally the steak is blanketed by gravy sauce

Mmmm...yummy! :D

Onion? Umm sometimes but yeah they are nice too :D

Gotta be well done, I can't stand the sight of my food even remotely bleeding.

and you've gotta have onion rings and peppercorn souce with it, or it isn't a steak ;)

All depends on the steak..

Rump medium well - as they can be tough if rare/medium

Serloin - depends on the cut but generally medium as they can be quite tough

Fillet - mmmmmm - medium rare with pleanty of blood in the middle as they're - mmmmmmm - nice and tender

Oh and peppered is the only way for me

Now I'm off to the supermarket.....:knocked:

I like my steak to be charcoal. No theres a fine line between still flesh and carbon. Right in between theres is a very happy medium. Its firm, still tender on the inside. Just right

But its a fine line, which unco-ordinated people have trouble finding.

But if you can find it, its like hitting the G-Spot. Your body will be thanking you for days to come.

:( Now I'm farking hungry. I'd have mine with a big ol loaded baked potato on the side. Would be nice with some grilled onions and mushrooms as well.

Hell, why cook your meat? Our ancestors ate it raw, why don't we? Probably because the world would be swarming with E.Coli and other nasty infectiouus diseases, but I just like my cow natual. Right of the field, hell, not even off the field, whats wrong with on the field. Just walk out there, knife it, and start chompin'...

Medium Rare. Always

Medium Rare, always.

I used to be a cook at a big steakhouse chain. We were taught that if who order your steak well done, then you get the worst cut of meat. Why? Because you can't taste the difference since you've had all the taste cooked out of your steak. So, if you order your steak well done at a restaurant, just realize that most of the time you are going to get the oldest, most diseased, grossest cut of meat that place has.

Still want your steak well-done?

I wasn't really referring to it as a flame as such, just pointing out the fact that the post was totally pathetic by replying with an equally pathetic and irrelevant post.
