For instance, i have AIM on my IE "LINKS" bar, and when i click it, it opens up the application for me.

0 manyk
If you're running XP just open up your Group Policy Editor... at the run line type "gpedit.msc" and hit enter. Once gpedit is open, navigate to: "User Configuration/Windows Settings/Internet Explorer Maintenance/Browser User Interface" Click on "Browser Toolbar Customizations" The rest is self explanatory. 0 Guest Sharpie30K
do the following: 1. Click Start. 2. Click Run. 3. Type gpedit.msc. 4. Goto User Configuration. 5. Goto Windows Settings. 6. Goto Internet Explorer Maintenance. 7. Goto Browser User Interface. 8. Got Browser Toolbar Customizations. 9. and where it says Buttons click on Add. 10. You will need a caption. 11. You wil need to browse for the file or website you want to put in the toolbar. 12. You will need a 24x24 Greyscale and Color icon 13. and make sure that the checkbox at the bottom has a check in it. 14.Then goto the Customize... 15. Your new button should be on the bottom of the Avaiable Buttons column.
