Xhui Posted January 4, 2005 Share Posted January 4, 2005 hello, well i got my PS2 like 4 year or so...but just now i found out you can change some options under version information :blush: what does under Console got Diagnosis on/off do? its off to beging with. and under playstation driver, disc speed got standard/fast, Testure mapping got standard/smooth. both is standard from the start. other than the question for Console, if i change the disc speed to fast and testure mapping to smooth, does it going to kill my PS2 quicker?? or any other bad side effect? :p (since i know some people change 1-3 PS2 so far and i think im lucky its still here :)) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Liquid Posted January 4, 2005 Share Posted January 4, 2005 Auto Diagnosis is for fixing disc read errors some how. Texture Mapping Cleans textures in Playstation 1 games.
