Whats your daily work-out routine?

right now mine is 250-300 situps , 100 curls and 50-100 pushups..depending how my arms are going to hold up..

its almost summer time so i need to get in shape for the beaches ;D

i walk to the coffee shop, then walk home.

if i'm outta booze i walk there and back too. and i walk to the kitchen to refill my drink.

sometimes i need to walk to the store to by smokes

I would post what I do to work out but everyone would just think I am lying. That's a problem with the tech community =P

Mondays: Chest & Tri's

Tuesday: Bi's & Back

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: Legs & Shoulders

Friday: Full Body Work Out

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Running

basicly every workout starts with strectching for 10 mins & a 20 min warm up run. i like to end my work outs with 200 sit ups. im in the gym for about 2 hours. if u want me go in to detail of each work out i do for each body part id be happy to. :)

I play basketball and thats basically it, its got alot of workout in it and its beats sitting on your ass, watching it grow until its the size of the state of texas or something... :evil:

150 situps

30 pushups (very tiring! :lick: )

Treadmill: 3.5miles @ ~7mph (While watching anime of course)

Ride my bike, and walk around,

and put my car in netural and push it to the side of the road like i did a couple days ago when it broke down. :mad:

I gotta do more though, b/c i want to go to the beach and get some ladies. :D

wide-grip pulldowns

one-arm dumbbell rows

bent rows/t-bar rows

barbell pullovers

curls

reverse grip pulldowns/chin-ups

reverse grip curls

high-pulley curls

shoulders

shoulder shrugs

pitching hay (with cable flys)

low pulley lateral raises

dumbbell press

upright rows

pec deck rear delt laterals

legs i don't have any set strength exercises as i mostly work on the treadmill for 20 minutes before and after each workout session. occassionally i will do squats on the smith machine, but not often.

each exercise encompasses 3 sets of 8-12 reps, and i change the workout regimine every 4 weeks to avoid the body from falling into unnecessary repetition. i work out 3-4 days a week alternating back/bis - shoulders and chest/tris - 4th day is targeted to the under-developed muscles (shoulders and bis being the most glaring).

abs consist of varying crunches that are usually worked out twice a week on mondays and fridays (regardless of current schedule).

sit on my nice high back leather executive chair

type approx 1-2thousand words

click the mouse several hundred times

and er.. well thats about it. hard work u know

monday-friday

9am-10am 5 min intervals = 30 situps

10am-11am 5 min intervals = 20 pushups

12pm-12:20pm running in place+jumping on the trampoline

12:30pm-1pm 5 min intervals = bench press

9am: wake up and take a sh*t

9:30: breakfast

12:00 lunch

6:00pm: eat again

9/10pm: take another sh*t

lol really though, in between when i can drag my a$$ to the gym i usually stretch for a few mins run at around 6-7mph for a mile or 2, do a couple of curls, lat pulldowns, pec's

Could computers be more of a workout than we think? How far does a key have to travel when it is stroked? And how much force does it take? How much force is applied to move the mouse? If each key when pressed travels one tenth of an inch (which is a figure I just made up), if we type 105,600 6-letter words, we move the keys a mile. Does anyone who's actually knowledgable (unlike myself) know real data like this?
