I like it alot. I don't think you can find a better Dual Monitor output video card for under $130.00. It performs very well under Quake3, Ghost Recon, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Soldier of Fortune II Beta, etc.. I keep all the settings as high as they go, except for my resoultion(1024*768).

I made the transition from a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP to an NVidia Gforce 2 MX to this one.

I also use the NVidia Tweak and juice up the core and memory speeds. The card didn't come with a fan, but I have a bunch just lying around anyways. It is also very long, and I had a hard time finding drivers for Red Hat 7.2. Other than that, I would tell everyone to get this card if they are looking to save a few bucks.

Think about what you get for $130.00

64MB DDR

Dual Monitor Support

Gforce 4 Engine

AGP 4x with all the fixings

and NVidias drivers rule

I'll show you some pics tonight.

That's a good box angel. Do you play games or anything?

I mostly develop websites, play games, and let my g/f burn CD's.

I got this box by accident, as I had a ABIT KT7A-Raid and an Athlon 1200....but I fried the processor by seating the heatsink wrong. Me = Dumba$$

I was going to buy a new Athlon 1200, but I felt it was time to upgrade.

Fallen Angel, get yourself a GF3/4 and you'll thank yourself - I just upgraded to a GF3 Ti200 (o/c'd to a just above a Ti500) and now the difference is amazing, the nForce integrated GPU just wasn't up to much at all when you use any half decent resolution, also the Ti200 is available for well discounted prices now and all you need to do is add a better fan for the GPU and an extra one for the memory and it can easily be o/c'd.

Used these instructions to overclock my card. If you're not an overclocker at all you may need to fork out for a much more xpensive card to get the same result

The integrated sound on the other hand has been amazing for me - especially since the new 1.05 drivers were released by nVidia and 'false' surround was achieved from stereo sound sources like mp3s. The processor usage is practically none while playing DVDs in 5.1 also - and I presume the same in games (my old SB Audigy used 20% processor while outputting 5.1)

Where did you get the black and silver server box? Also, what brand is it?

Thanks

the black cube case I got from casedepot.com. Its a C5030B cube file server case. Last month I picked up a few cans of metallic black and metallic silver rustoleum paint. A few hours later and some inhaled fumes - it has a very cool updated metal look.

I cant recommend these cases enough. I work in a large firm where I go through alot of PC cases, these are still the best I've seen so far. The motherboard is completely seperated from the drives on the right side and the storage you can fit into it is massive.

check out their site for the internal layout...
