MSN Problems are getting on my nerves...

whenever i am downloading ANYTHING or even going on a webpage half the time, msn signs out without asking me or anything, its really getting on my nerves, the only way i can keep it from shutting down is if i type 2 alot of ppl n keep msn busy, how can i make msn stay signed in when i'm dling something without using something like trillian?

btw im on a cruddy 28.8 connection

there are sites that have archives of older versions of messenger. . . you can try those out.

Hold up, with XP the MSN Explorer software, which MSN Messanger is intregrated into, you should only use the software that come's preinstalled on XP, we are having major issue's with this right now!

BTW: do you use MSN Explorer, and do you have a MSN IA account, maybe I can help.

here try this (that way you dont need any msn crap)

make a new network connection as dialup and as the username have MSN and then as the password be ur normal pass and u can also set the connection to redial if it disconnects... hope this helps =)

BTW, last time I checked MSN Messenger was free ;) but I know that it's a major pain when there are outages. MSN dialup problems are another issue altogether.
