HotPOP Sending E-Mail Problem

I just set up a HotPOP E-Mail account today and when I sent a test E-Mail to my HotPOP account with success.

But when I replyed my other account never recieved the E-Mail.

I went to www.hotpop.com to read what might be happening and they say it might be that the other mail service I'm using is blocking the E-Mail but I checked my blocked E-Mail list and the reply wasn't in there.

I also checked the configuration of the HotPOP account and it's setup correctly.

I was wondering if anyone could help me to fix this problem.

Are you sure you've got everything configured as I've sent and had a reply to an email using the hotpop smtp earlier this evening - your ISP isn't blocking it either as some (like AOL) stop users using anything but their outgoing servers (even then they re-direct the mail to their servers).

i set it up right...

i'm sending my test e-mail to my hotmail account & i checked the junk mail and there was no test e-mail

so i have no idea what to do
