Completely useless.

And the staff over at the forums where this is made, their opinon on the ads

thats what provides the banner adds for eXeem, no harm will come to your comp because of it
Cydoor use in eXeem is to provide a few banner adds nothing more, nothing less

end of story

after installing eXeem not of my browers setting changes

my comp didn't slow down

etc etc etc

only thing it does is give eXeem its adds

end of story

Hmmm, Pest Patrol classes Cydoor as:

AKA TrojanDownloader.Win32.BHO [Kaspersky]

Category:

Adware: Software that brings ads to your computer. Such ads may or may not be targeted, but are "injected" and/or popup, and are not displayed within the form of an ad-sponsored application. Some Adware may hijack the ads of other companies, replacing them with its own. See also Spyware, Browser Helper Object.

Downloader: A program designed to retrieve and install additional files, when run. Most will be configured to retrieve from a designated web or FTP site.

Search Hijacker: Any software that resets your browser's settings to point to other sites when you perform a search. Hijacks may reroute your info and address requests through an unseen site, capturing that info. In such hijacks, your browser may behave normally, but be slower. Search results when such a hijacker is running will sometimes differ from non-hijacked results.

Yes, completely harmless

Don't like the spy/ad-ware, but the problem on my old PC is that it crashed the first time I used it, and refuses to start (at least until a reboot). Cydoor really sucks... Also, eXeem takes like three times your DL time to "connect".

As i said earlieAnyone caught with eXeem Lite will be banned from the network. I asked JWolf (main man at Novastream.org) and thats what he said.i>

Do so at your own risk then.

585333333[/snapback]

Im willing to take that risk because if I get banned I can always go to the old B:D:D

Can someone explain why I am getting this error? I know the ports are open, and going into the DMZ does not resolve it...

07:56 scheduling a node request at: 07:56

07:56 sending node request to network

07:56 node request failed, retrying in 5 minutes

Thanks :)
