_fOoL_ Posted January 24, 2005 Share Posted January 24, 2005 Yeah hi, i finally fixed this silly memory error i kept on getting when trying to ply CS: S in 800x600 resolution (always play in 800x, in all games btw). Every time i started up CS: S, it defaults to 1024x768@85, same with HL2 too, and every time i tryed to change back down to 800x600@100 it gives a memory error, soo to fix this, you need to put the Hertz for your desired resolution, in your CS: S and HL2 "Launch Options Parameter" This should work, and btw this error would only occur for ppl who use ReForce to get there maximum Hertz for each resolution.
