Well, i have a huge collection of Snes games, and among them are most of my favorites.

Final Fantasy 2 (IV)

Final Fantasy 3 (VI)

Chrono Trigger

ActRaiser

Super Metriod

Secret of Mana

Secret of Evermore

Breath of Fire

Final Fantasy Mystic Quest

Super Mario World

Yoshi's Island

I think that the Snes was king of all systems, it owned the RPG category in sheer numbers until the PS2 i think, and even then nothing these days can compare to the classics

Anyway, at the old time when I was kid, Bomberman was pretty sick :p

Chrono Trigger. 'Nuf said. Best. Game. Ever. I guess there's a reason a used complete pack sells for ?150 (even just the cartridge without manuals or box sells for over ?100!). The PSX port wasn't half as enjoyable (mostly because of load times and the much debated additions to the "real" ending that were supposed to open up the stage for Chrono Cross but really just served to confusingly alter the storyline after it was already nicely wrapped up in the SNES version). I'd love to see it in 3D, though, but Square unfortunately smashed that hope, it seems (unless they've covertly hired the team to complete the game and release it on an unsuspecting crowd of fans).

The various Super Mario titles on the SNES were awesome too.

'scuse the bump... :wack:sleep:eep:

To all those saying Terranigma... HELL YES. That game is absolutely awesome.

Loved Chrono Trigger and F-Zero as well. Damn the SNES was a fine piece of hardware. Nowadays I only play the DS and even that isn't as fun as the SNES was... maybe I'm just getting jaded.
