$450 is a bit wayyyy to high. Especially with the cracked screen. You may need to sell it, but unless there's someone out there who wants to give up $450 for a 380 /w cracked screen, you won't be able to sell it.

--My post--

a new dell celeron 1.1ghz laptop with perfect everything and bigger hard drive goes for 1000$ and I just picked up an HP OmniBook 500 p3 500 with FULL monster docking station for 410$ and it has 192mb ram, 10gb hard drive, and the docking station has a full size 5.25" bay. plus 2 pci slots.

so unless your price is FREE or 200$ I suggest you just fix it and sell it on ebay.

Odd. I mean if it runs 2000 why not XP? Something in particular that is causing a problem?

Maybe YOU should buy a new LCD for it then try to sell it. Someone may want a laptop of that, er, value. If it were me I'd just buy a (cheap) new one...
