When both Death Stars were destroyed, was I the only person that felt bad for all the families of those that the rebels killed? Think about it, both Death Stars were just being completed. That means each still had thousands of contractors working on electrical, plumbing...alll the unfinished construction. Then suddenly rebel terrorists come out of nowhere and commit mass-murder! The first Death Star blew up Alderaan. Alderaan's population was 14 billion. If you say the Empire is better, you are an idiot. The Empire was racist against all species except for humans. The Empire ruled by fear, not rule of law. There are hundreds of things the Empire did wrong, I just don't feel the need to list them. Also, the Old Republic is what turned into the Empire.
