[BUG] Port 1 Not reading...

Hey everyone, I have the Netgear RP614 Network Router and the BT Voyager 200 Internet Router. Suddenly this evening when my sister turned on one of the clients computers, the computer connected to port 1, and now it wont connect to the internet or have network access either? I have tried many things, and this is my main findings:

1. The Network card in the computer has it's active light on, but not its connected/activity light on.

2. On the Netgear the LED light for port 1 is not on, although everything else is working and all the other computers connected in are working fine, including my Web Server.

3. Tried changing ports everything is plugged into and swapped ethernet Cat5e cables around incase it was duff and still nothing. Rebooted, still nothing, and reset both routers, and still nothing. No port 1?

Any idea's on whats up here, also, this is my network setup, inside IP's etc:

Problem PC: IP type, Static.

IP: 192.168.0.44

Subnet: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.0.5

Server: IP type, Static.

IP: 192.168.0.11

Subnet:255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.0.5

My PC: IP type, DHCP Assigned.

IP: 192.168.0.26

Subnet: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.0.5

Thats it, and its just not working, no port 1 on the netgear and no internet or network connectivity on the problem pc. Any help would be greatfully recieved on this one.
