Gram502
During filesharing my download speed is fine,BUT....when others download a file from my system it starts out aprox 70 kbs and drops to zero. Every time only allowing 128kbs before cutting them off,if they restart the download they get just another 128kbs. WHATS UP WITH THAT ?
Hypercube
Usually the caps are not the same, you are allowed to download faster but upload slower to prevent ppl web hosting.

Ki||er
If you have a Motorola SurfBoard modem PM me and I will send you a site that shows you in detail how to uncap it. I have my up and down currently at: Current Download cap is: 5176000 bps = ~ 500k/sec down Current upload cap is: 1024000 bps = ~ 100k/sec up Didnt want to go too high with the upload, don't want to get caught. The software provided also has the ability to disable snmp scans by the isp which is how they catch you in most cases.
