He can be guilty in public opinion without ever being found guilty. Just think if you are the kids that he supposedly touched (if he did it or not). But when you look at what happened in 1993, it was a big issue, and I think the recent investigation probably speaks for itself. Meaning, the family blaming Michael probably did a little Encarta on the last investigation and said to themselves, we could make a lot a money off of this. The child had cancer, one kidney and he was drinking wine, wow, he should be dead from all that, plus Michael was making him look at heterosexual porn. The mother was charged with stealing from JC Penny's. Solicit money from people using the same cancer story. Its a bit iffy, but when you read about the stuff Michael is allegded to do, its also in the words of the Michael Jackson song - Wanna Be startin Somethin' "Stuck in the middle".
