nexess Posted February 13, 2005 Share Posted February 13, 2005 (edited) I connect to my school using VPN for some software ( :whistle: :shifty: haha) and when another user logs on (I have fast user switching enabled), my connection to the VPN automatically gets disconnected. I know this happens due to security reasons, but is there a way to force XP to use the VPN connection for only my account, or to not disconnect when another user logs on? EDIT: Solved! In the connection dialog, just select "anyone who uses this computer", and thats it! It keeps the connection alive for all users even if you originally initiated the connection.
