Zero margin/padding

Hi, i'm currently trying to create a page, and there only one problem.

Currently my page looks like this:

And i want it to look like this:

after.gif

And my code is this:

Sometimes i would get a break/whitespace between an image tag and the next item...but if I put a hard <br> next to the upper item...it would get rid of the gap.

Nevermind, i'm dropping the idea for now. This can be closed/thrashed/whatever. :)
