Looking for Napster Replacement....

Hey gang,

I've just started getting back into downloading MP3's(got a Nomad Jukebox 6gig on my B-day for about $70 :D ), and since Napster is no longer around, I'm looking for a good replacement. I've tried the regular sharing software, ie eDonkey, Morpheus, Kazaa, etc etc, but I hope there is a program that is just as good as Napster was. The main thing Im looking for is fast downloads. With Napster, I could d/l a MP3 in about 10 s or less. Anyone have any suggestions?

try using winmx

peer to peer. set up your search parameters. if it is out there and a peer has it you can get it. just like napster but better. you can get mp3,jpg,avi,mpeg and even software and more. can be slow at times but it is all there.

I use LIMEWIRE ... aka. GNUTELLA network. If you dont like resorce intensive java, then get another client compiled for windows - BEARSHARE.

connects to kazaa/morpheus network tis same but works better for me, used to use kazaa but migrated to this cause kazaa used always crash on pre final builds of XP...
