Getting the links out of a document

Hi,

I have a page of information in a word document and would like to print out the hyperlinks to show as web addresses not text and a link.

does anyone know how?

Also I have a long list of favorites which are all title named and not addresses too.

I need to compile these as part of my evidence and portfolio.
