Tomi
This is what shows when I try to start Firefox. I'm running a 1.0.1 Moox M3 build. I also tried to dload a zipped verison of firefox [didn't want to run the installer and overwrite my moox files] and run that, and i've still got an error. So i'm guessing it's in the profile. I cannot enter fx's safemode, the same error will occur. This already happened to me once, I solved it by deleting all the files and my profile [everything but bookmarks.html was deleted] and then it worked, but now it's back and I don't want to do this all over again. Could someone please help me out? -edit--- Gah, I found the solution for it. It was the User Agent Switcher. To fix it, go to your profile folder and open prefs.js in a text editor, delete the line containing 'general.useragent.override' and then that should fix it. CoolCatBad
This usually happens if you are using Spoofing, identifying Firefox as IE, for example.

panicswitched
i assume you have sun java go into the java settings window and set it for mozilla instead of ie this will fix it, if you get the latest version of java from java.com this resolves this problem EDIT: it could be the moox build i do use it personally but i installed FF 1.0 then put moox in, it could just be a problem with installing moox without FF already installed
Tomi
I already had checked the java settings window, nothing. I also already tried running a mozilla build, nothing. The cause of the problem was the User Agent Switcher I seriously hope someone will read that now. <_<
arrrgh
I tested user agent switcher earlier.. 6 months ago or so. At least back then it didn't always recognize that I closed Firefox, hence making the reset user agent when browser closes option useless. Back then at least using mouse gesture to close Firefox didn't reset the user agent.
Tomi
Then again, Firefox did crash, so maybe that's why. Ahh...it clicks together now.
