I was messing around with my computer (as usual) and somehow managed to totally f*ck up my install of XP I stuck in my install cd and tried to repair, but something happened half way through the install. It kept freezing and restarting installing. I pop the disk out, take a look, and its quite scratched, so i clean it up and run it through my disk doctor. The problem is, now the install wont restart as it did before. I only have the option to do a clean install over it. My question is, is there any way to force it to continue or restart the installation, thus repairing (which was the original intention) Im working with XP SP2 Corporate (yes i do own a legal license) and i have 64 bit edition installed on partition 2 so i am able to get into the comp. I just dont want to have to reinstall everything and i want to recover some locked documents any help would be nice Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
