Zoom/Pan/Camera Effects in FLASH

Question

InternalStorm    0

Hey hey,

I am making my second ever flash animation, and this time it is a political comedy about Canada buying crappy navy boats/subs off of Britain, and was just wondering how I would go about doing a zoom in on something, or camera-like movement effects in Flash.

The scene is a ship going across a background layer of an ocean, and then I want to zoom in on the ship to go to an onboard ship scene with a new background rather than just switching scenes out of the blue.

I was just wondering how to do it.. I checked Google and no luck as I don't know what to search for. Also if anybody knows how to do things like camera movement type effects let me know... Do you just simply have to move the background around? Not sure about how this is done.

Thanks alot ;)
