BananaMan
I use a ThermalTake Volcano 7, it's pretty neat, it adjusts the fan speed according to the temperature, so it's quiet when it's sitting idle and fast'n'furious when playing games. Only $48 AUD, approx. $20 US.

Dysphoria
Ok, here is my cooling: For the CPU I use the HHC-001 Heat Pipe For my PNY GeForce 4 ti 4600 GPU I use the Cooljag 311C I just took of the clip and I used Artic Silver II Adhesive to apply it to the GPU Then I have 2 80 mm Sunson 55CFM Fans sucking air out. One is on the top of the case, and the otherone is on the back of the case. I also have the Fan from the PSU sucking air out. I have one 120mm on the side of the case sucking air in and blowing it directly over my GeForce and over the VIA chipset on my mobo. and I also have on the bottom front of the cse 80mm sunon fan blowing air in. Thats all :)
