The one I have right now (Some no name RadioShack branded) introduces some kind of interference to TV tuner cards when regular TV sets on the same splitter are turned on, which results in completely crapped out signal. I can fix it by running it through a VCR then to the tuner card but then the signal gets all fuzzy again and there is alot of wierd coloured tints and anomalies. :huh: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It has the 5-1000MHz whereas the generic ones usually stop at 900mHz. I know cable companies generally recommend you look towards the 1000mHz or more.
