PureEdit
'New' in longhorn, the "SyncManager". Looks a little like iSync doesnt it? Transparent title bars when an app is not active: Didnt OS X do that 5 years ago? New security warnings for longhorn look very similar to the ones found in OS X. This also looks a little to much like Spotlight: Found all these here: http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/longh...review_2005.asp

Vice
you can add there new search results box to the list aswell it looks almost identical to Tigers spotlight results box. in my opinion I don't care if they both look more alike it just makes everyone's life easier. TheLegendOfMart
They might not even be copying, it might just be the most efficient way of displaying the information wether Apple did it first or not.

I'm afraid in matters like this it does count who made it first. Like when the guy made the dyson Hoover he of course had it patented your argument could be made about any advancement of any technology since the invention of anything. mpat1024
Very nice screenshots, but: 1) Werent Microsoft going to put into Longhorn something similar to Spotlight anyway, wven before Tiger turned up? (i.e.: WinFS) I know, I know, they havent implemented it yet and wont until quite a whole, but this was the sort of thing they were going to do anyway. Those error messages do look strikingly similar to those that you get in Safari. (hmmm...)
