systray icon mod help

i was wondering if i could get some help modding systray icons

i know that you open the exe in reshack and then you find a file, but theres some many icons/dll/files, i dont know which one to do :(

i was wondering if someone could tell me the file/dll or icon that i need to replace with another.

Konfabulator

Avedesk

Y'z Shadow

Y'z Toolbar

AIM

ObjectBar

and i know iTunes probally has protection which wont allow me to mod its file/dll

some of these probally as well as iTunes have protection, if they do and you know they do you do not have to tell me, i just want to know as many as i can that will allow me to mod them..

also, i have a folder with icons/png's that are "supposedly" meant to be used to change them but on some of the ones i have tried it and it gives me an error. ill try to recreate the error and snap a screeny and post it.
