SuperHack Posted June 3, 2002 Share Posted June 3, 2002 Yea you have a dell computer so the chances of overclocking are slim your better of building your own computer. But if you really want to OC the thing you need to knew information about the Mobo so look up or call find out what Mobo you have ... my guess is you'll have to use a program call FSB and up the FrontSide Bus made by the same ppl as CPU Cool. b/c I know Dell usaully doesnt have Jumpers on the Mobo or the option in the Bios. At the very least, salvage what parts you can from it, and get a new, overclockable mboard and a new case. This'll be a little cheaper than a whole new system.
