I have a Ipaq 3850 bought it a few weeks ago, so I'm still playing a lot with it. I also bought a Navman with it (gps) comes in very handy, cause I have to drive a lot.

I am very happy with it :)

ok so can all the people here view the mobile Neowin site after syncing with AvantGo? We gotta get one for us since we were the intended targets anyways.... the Mobile site doesn't work like it's intended to on Pocket IE but maybe PALM users have it good and don't have the problems we do as they can get a browser that supports wap (even tho there should be on for PPC users too... )

so we gotta vote and say yea we want a compatible version!! :)

I haven't had a chance to research myself yet,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me,

I need a palm for college to write stuff down (hand written with a stylus pen?) and I was wondering what the cheap alternatives were.

Thx for ur help in advance.

there were always the Royal Davichy* series... (sorry can't spell) but since you don't mind color or black and white i'd suggest the Ipaq 3135 that i'm selling :) HEHE It can do everything the more expensive ($599) Ipaqs can do but just for about 1/4th of the price. Contact me if you want it cuz it's black and white screen and gots more power than those corny Palms do :)

Well, I went back to Best Buy and returned my iPAQ 3635 (it was acting a little buggy) and got it replaced with a Toshiba e740. I have to say, I am very, very impressed with the Toshiba. XScale 400 CPU and integrated Wi-Fi. All that and it's smaller than the iPAQ.

Now I just need to get myself a wireless access point....
