Prosidius
It only works with iPod gens 1-3. It works with the 4th gen and minis but you have to replace some files. http://www.ipodlinux.org/Main_Page

williamhook
I don't have an iPod, too expensive. If I had one, it would have iPod Linux on it. I have a Creative MuVo V200 512Mb MP3 Player. I only need 512Mb, I don't have 10 million CD's... edit: My sig: iDon't use an iPod.
MoodIndigo
Well, I installed that on my 3rd Gen 40GB iPod and for about 1 day I was like "I R t3h 1337 w17h m3h iP0d LinUx." but honestally its crap, the only cool thing in my opinion is the boot screen it makes you look like your iPod is doing something important, but I'm sure I'll probably install it again when they develop the game 'Doom I' for it just to test it out. So if you want the feeling of 't3h 1337n355' for about a day and have that software on your iPod, Click Here. XinanZhang?
