spa2k
I need to set up firefox on my sons pc, but i want it to be able to access only certain sites, ie www.bbc.co.uk or www.liverpoolfc.tv I would like to be able to add to the list of the sites but for the list to be somehow password protected. Is this possible?
benjaminzsj
All you need is a firewall like program. I suggest zonealarm.
spa2k
perhaps you could explain that a little further, the firewalls i have used (outpost, kerio and sygate) allow you to block specific programs but not specific websites.
Jon 5
perhaps you could explain that a little further, the firewalls i have used (outpost, kerio and sygate) allow you to block specific programs but not specific websites. 585851804[/snapback] I believe newer versions of ZoneAlarm and Norton's Firewall have website blocking features. But I believe those can also slow down overall web surfing but maybe if he is only going to a few sites it won't matter. ;)
