jokeripa
The fault is not of the 17 years old, Any 17 year old would like to drive. The fault is not of the 15 year old, Any 15 year old would like go for a ride with friends, even in trunk. The fault is not of the van driver, he was driving along, and all of a sudden two teen bodies fly infront of him. The fualt is OF THE PARENTS, what ****Head parent would let a 17 yearld drive with no licensse with other teens.?? ( I can understand if he was going to work by HIMSELF) but drive around for fun with other teens? Too many Uneducated ****Head Parents, that want to be cool to their kids, Instead of Guardians... Being cool is overrated you ****Heads, be better Parents! 585876256 i fully agree

strekship
Its the fault of all who were involved except for the van driver. Who would be ****ing stupid enough to rind in the trunk of a car whos driver is unlicensed? I hope he never gets his permit or license and i hope his parents go to jail for being so stupid. strekship
If they had been smart they would not have been rideing in the trunk of the car. I don't see how anyone can sympathize with them. They got themselves killed. You would never find me rideing in the trunk of a car.
timmmay
this is very very sad :( I don't think that the parents should be charged with manslaughter considering they weren't there to permit the boys to get in the trunk! However they should be punished for lettin the unlicensed kid drive the damn car

macrosslover
trunk is boot...at least i think that's right. i had a friend from Africa and he called a boot, so that's why i'm thinking some of don't know what trunk is. either way this was sad all around. while it is easy to condem the young people involved, when you look at it from a mature age, you have to feel sorry for them. everybody has done something completely stupid in their lives that they have regretted and i'm willing to bet that most people have had near death experiences over something htat was their fault and came out of that experience a wiser person. unfornutately for these 2 youngsters, they weren't able to come away wiser. sometimes people honestly don't realize that some things they do are stupid and they get caught up in the heat of the moment. for those condeming the parents. yes they could have done a better job teaching things, obviously, but for all we know the kid "stole" the car without their knowledge and was on a joy ride. you'd like to think they wouldn't let him drive, but in this day and age you never know. mbrewthx
If the parents allowed the 17year to drive it is a crime that they all committed, most states have laws regarding deaths that happen during the commision of a crime. So parents quite possibly be held for murder charges, which would be the discretion of the District Attorney and the State Statutes. But very sad too see two senseless deaths. kombolcha
How the hell can you be thrown out of a trunk? lolMaybe from a pickup truck.. but a car? 585880027 the car lost control and hit two trees, and being that its a mazda protege, it's obvious that the trunk broke open tossing them out of it. Tuffgong4
every person involved except the van driver is at fault. When you are 15-17 you know right from wrong and know you shouldn't get in the trunk of car especially with an unlicensed driver. Every person in this world needs to accept responsibility. kombolcha
i keep coming back to this thread, and besides this tragic accident.. why anyone would ride in a car trunk is just beyond me. for any reason. a trunk is not designed to carry passengers, or a body period (unless its a dead body, but that a different story)
