Inferno3598
im using a xelo geforce 2 mx 400 64mb sdr agp card. what is the fastest core clock n mem speed my card can be clocked to without it burning out in like 1-2 weeks?
autodefe
The best way to find out how far you can push it is try and see. Just try differnet clock speeds and run some games. If you start seeing artifacts (graphics glitches) in games, then you know you've clocked it too high. As long as you have decent case cooling, your card won't "burn out"... Kusanagi
Heh, my card is at 220/366 with a stock fan... and no, the card ain't hot at all! :D For me, anything over 225/377 gives me glitches and... infinite loops :ermm:

Tikimotel
zionath prolly has a Geforce2 GTS (not MX) with ddr memory 'cause he's reaching 366Mhz and higher... You'll probably end up with 250Mhz for the video ram...
Kusanagi
Nope... got a Geforce2 MX 400 64MB also :p I got mine at 200/320 by default (got it from paraguay :D), reaching 2440marks, now I can get somewhere near 2760 marks. [EDIT] I've realized the talk is about overclocking a card with sdr, not ddr as I do... so, oh well... memory clock will be lower than mine, yes... somewhere near 250Mhz as said [/EDIT] [EDIT2] AFAIK, a non-messed-up card like mine would reach 2100 marks @ 175/200... am I right? Kusanagi
Ever used NVMax? When you overclock, restart and then open NVMax again, it'll be like that. The place where the bars are at means it is on the "default speed", not on the same value. Well, the "new" version with better-looking bars doesn't do that I think, but I won't bother to update.
