It would be advisable to, I myself use MS Antispyware, Ad-aware and Spybot. I also use Spyware Blaster for prevention. Try them all, it cant do any harm.

MS-AS sucks. It does not find a lot of spyware, and repeatedly has false alarms. Or at least, last time I used it. :)

The Yahoo Toolbar has their "Anti-Spy" bundled with it. Basically, it is a free version of PestPatrol, one of the pioneers of spyware removal. They have been around spyware for years and they have a huge libary of definitions (some of them false alarms), but it could also really help you out.

If this still doesnt work, what I recommend is use the Spybot you have installed and go into Advanced User Mode. It will have a warning, just click yes. Then go to the tools menu (it is on the left of the screen) and go into Startup. It will give you a list of all the objects that start up and usually will give you a description of that object. If there is anything in there that says it is adware/spyware, just simply uncheck

We've used spybot S&D in the past with good results, but lack of development on their product and definitions, its now horribly out of date when compared to Adaware, Spysweeper, MS-Anti-spyware.
