this should be in the firefox sub forum of the web browser area.

Anyway dont use firefox anymore, but maybe just completely uninstall and reinstall firefox, saving ur bookmarks etc first?

uninstall is the only way to solve this problem from experience. I tried everything but just uninstall and delete the junk left in the programs directory and reinstall and should load up no problem!

 Pffft ... This is child's play for System Restore. Go back to before the installation.

Creating a Restore point should be standard procedure before installing anything! ;)

SHOULD be, but people like me are stupid and have turned off system restore, anyway export your bookmarks and just reinstall over it might work.

Don't need to uninstall at all. Just take advantage of Firefox's failsafe behavior. If a custom theme file is missing, the program will default to the original theme.

Hit Winkey + R, type in Application Data. Hit Enter. Go to Mozilla > Firefox > Profiles > *Random Code.default* > Extensions. There should be one or more folders in there, depending on how many extensions you have installed. Now, since Firefox doesn't give normal names to extension folders, just manually check each one. The theme file will be located in a folder named Chrome, which resides in an extension folder. In this case, you're looking for safarish.jar. Once you find it, delete the entire folder for that extension. Then start Firefox.
