Fight between Bus Driver, Boys Caught On Tape

Recommended Posts

Seems to me that the older brother just sat and watched the entire event without making a move to stop confrontation. He could have easily told his brother to shut-up. He could have easily gotten up and sat next to his brother and forced his brother to be quiet. Instead he is sitting back watching his little brother 'mouth-off'.

If I was talking trash to the bus driver and my older brother was on that bus, he'd kick my ass so the bus driver wouldn't have to. Point being, the older brother got into the confrontation at the wrong time with the wrong individual. Now this doesn't justify the bus driver's actions, but it does clearly show that the older brother wasn't merely trying to 'protect' his brother. The older brother was being an a$$hole just like his younger brother...

The older brother got behind the bus driver, which is like getting behind a police officer. you just don't do it... but this does not excuse the driver of his actions. He clearly lost his control and assaulted the child which means that he should definately lose his job, attend anger management, and face assault charges.

The children should be banned from the bus and receive suspension (because a school bus is still considered school property and they caused a 'fight'). The attack on the bus driver should be overlooked considering the bus driver started the 'violence', but the children should be forced to attend a juvenile anger management class, especially that younger kid who loves to 'mouth-off'.

Obviously the bus driver is in the wrong, but I personally can relate to him.

I am 30 years old, over half the age of the bus driver, and I cannot tell you how many times I wanted to smack some younger kids upside the head just for being smart mouthed punks. Wether I was at a store and seen them talking back to their parents, or at a store and hearing them saying or trying to look hard AT ME, I have felt the urge to slap them upside their head just simply to put them in their place.

Obviously I never have and never will do this because there is this entity known as the law, but I can only imagine what was going through the bus drivers head.

This is more a reflection on where we are as a society than anything else.

Younger kids have no respect = Adults are at their wits end at how to handle them.

Keep in mind that the bus driver is from a time, not to long ago I might add, in America's past where discipline of an out of control child did mean a smack upside the head and this was completely acceptable. Again, I am not really defending his actions, but I can relate to them.

Only in America  :(

My sorry but enough is enough...

These situations do not only happen in america. The other day I saw a bus driver and a customer just beat the hell outta of each other. The difference between this and them? They're werent caught on tape.

So please shut the f*ck up and stick a d*ck in your mouth if your gonna talk so much sh*t. Thank you.

well actually it doesnt happen all around the world

doesnt happen in australia, you see our kids have something called respect....

Go f*ck yourself....seriously. All kids dont have respect. Some do, some dont. Its the way of life. There are disrespectful americans, australians, english, irish, (insert people from x country here) and they exist. So please like I said previously. Please shut the f*ck up and stick a d*ck in your mouth if your gonna talk so much sh*t. Thank you.

Back on topic: The driver has responsabilities. That is make sure he gets the kids home safely. If rules are broken, then he must non-physically attend. No rules were broken. The kid didnt wanna put on his seatbelt? His problem. Its not illegal as said. The kids were in all right of self-defense and shouldnt be charged with NOTHING. The driver should have his license removed and should recieve some long jail time.

Yeah us florida folks are making the rounds. A few days back they were running the FULL video. Yes there was a full video people. As they describe they kid was hitting the bus driver. (not shown in current video). After the mouthed off and bus driver choked them they later start hitting him and punching him.

Oh beautiful, I just love how they cut away half of the evidence. Censorship's a wonderful thing. :pinch:

Now I could partially see how he was acting in self defense, but nevertheless like how others have said, kids have this problem of acting big and tough, and as an adult he knows better not to retaliate.

...After all the stuff the kids on my bus do to the driver, I am surprised he hasn't driven the bus into a ditch. They curse out the windows at random people, they make fun of him for various things, and it's just stupid.

The driver was doing his job, if there had been an accident and the kid had died, who would of been blamed? the seatbelt, the kids older brother or the driver?

The kid who got up to defend his younger brother should be fined for swearing at the driver but the driver shouldant of grabbed him by the throat.

They are not required to wear the seatbelts. At least by the law.
