You know how you have the stars for ratings, it would be a cool feature to have the stars hover, similar to how the thumbs at the top of this page do. One thing I notice about it is the black bar on the right side of the page. I'm not sure if that's meant to be there style-wise, but it looks like you couldn't fill up the whole page, so you should probably make the middle column with the body text a bit wider. Your navigation bar looks and functions fine, which is of course the most important part of it, but you might want to make the text a bit bigger to fill up the space more or possibly use graphics as links to the various portions of your site. For example, a rectangular picture with the word "Dragonball" written in a fancy font or something like that. You clearly put a good deal of effort into this site and it shows.
