Very nice theme :D

How do i install it? sorry im a noob  :(

Well download it, then unzip the folder. When it is unzipped put the folder into this one Start > My Computer > C > WINDOWS > Resources > Themes. When it is in there you can close that and then right click, go onto properties, then the appearance tab. Then you can go onto a click down box and select the theme you want. Then Apply, then ok.

I like this VS a lot but for some reason the section on the left of windows shown in the picture below for me does not show up in the proper colours. It just stays white which is really annoying to me for some reason. Ive tried enabling the VS thru StyleXP and also by just double clicking the msstyles file but it is the same both ways. Does anyone know what I could do to fix this?

Here is the pic of what I am referring to:

The shellstyle isn't placed correctly when you're loading the msstyle file. Shellstyles are a bit touchy, make sure the directory structure you have on your computer is the same that was inside the zip file.

Eh, it was looking good until I saw the start menu and close/minimize buttons. Too colorful. Doesn't match the theme at all. Otherwise looks great.

I actually like the small touches of color here and there in this theme. :)

If it didn't have those, I fear it would look to much like all the already existing dull grey themes.

      My hunch is that EU rejected Apple's proposal because Trusted System Agent would be an intermediary offered to third party AI's (this article is also worded as such) but Siri AI itself would not pass this intermediary. This would cause a situation where Siri AI would have more direct system access and offer it an unfair advantage. (speaking from EU regulator perspective here) Apple is citing security issues with doing what EU asked for, and I think this also supports this theory, because truly direct system access like Siri AI would make it impossible to control third party AI's running on the devices and e.g. reign them in via adjustments to Trusted System Agent. So, I _think_ this is the sticking point right now.
