Flam1ngFir3ball
I've tried out opera and only really like one feature the most. I like the trash! When I accidently close a tabbed window and can't remember what the link was I just click the trash and bring it back. Is there a plugin for firefox that can do this? zhangm Supervisor Posted June 2, 2005 Supervisor Share Posted June 2, 2005 In Firefox, there are several methods of finding out what site you just visited and revisit it, even if you've already closed the tab. More common methods include going to the history list, or looking under the Go menu, both of which are/can be ordered chronologically. A few extensions offer the ability to reopen closed tabs, among them include UndoCloseTab, Tabbrowser Extensions, and TabMix, offering the ability to reopen closed tabs in a variety of manners, i.e. from a menu of recently closed tabs, or from middle-clicking a blank area of the tabbar. All-in-One Gestures also includes this functionality, though being a mouse gestures extension, you reopen a tab using a specific mouse gesture. For those using release builds, i.e. Firefox 1.0...1.04 etc, these extensions are available here: http://extensionroom.mozdev.org/ For those using the latest trunk builds, i.e. 20050531...20050602, extensions are available here: http://www.projects1.com/firefox/exthacks/...extensions.html
jedrzej
BUT! Be aware tha theese extensions prevent the tabs from being destroyed, they just hide them. So prepare for a major memory hog.
Ryvis
undoclosetab http://www.extensionsmirror.nl/index.php?showtopic=226 It can remember an unlimited(if you set it to) amount of tabs/urls that you have closed. I especially like the middle click close button -> reopen last tab feature :D or you could just use the history panel for the complete list.
