My C: has my startup info in it (bootlog), but I dont want to use that

Question

I recently got a new drive and installed it, but when i try to take out the wires from my old drive, my computer wont start as all the info is on my old drive..

how can i get it to load up my settings from my new drive now, and if i plug in my old drive later, it will read the info from the old drive?

Hook up both HDs and copy the info from the old drive to the new one with Ghost. If needed use Partition Magic to extend the partition on the new one.
